An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager to manage a specialist service based in the Carr Gate, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers

This is a fantastic care home which offers residential support for males and females with a variety of needs, including individuals with a learning disability, autistic people, and those with complex needs

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance

·         Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care

·         Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans

·         Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents

·         Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care

·         Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Must have previous experience as a manager specialising in complex behaviours and learning disabilities

·         Open to older people experience if there is evidence experience with complex dementia

·         Enthusiastic, energetic and comfortable working in a fast pace environment

·         Able to show a can-do attitude at all times

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or be working towards it**

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £60,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week on days with some occasional on calls. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
